1. Our role

Ka'Mello Escape acts as a travel agent arranging services provided by third-party travel providers. Each provider's own terms, including cancellation and change rules, apply to the services they supply.

2. Bookings and prices

Prices are confirmed when your booking is confirmed. If a provider changes a price before your booking is fully paid, we will tell you before applying any change to your balance.

3. Payment plans

Where a payment plan is agreed, installments are due on the dates shown in your portal. Late or missed payments may lead to the provider cancelling the reservation. Reminders are sent as a courtesy and do not change your due dates.

4. Online payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider. A payment is complete only once the provider confirms it; your balance and receipt are updated at that point.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the travel provider's rules and on the agreement made at booking. Refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Specific refund terms are to be set by Ka'Mello Escape.

6. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documents required for your trip.

7. Your account

Keep your portal password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Governing law

The governing law and dispute process are to be confirmed by Ka'Mello Escape with its legal advisers.
