- Booking details: destinations, travel dates, traveler names and supplier confirmation numbers.
- Payment records: amounts, dates, references and status. Card numbers, security codes and PINs are entered only on our payment provider's secure page and are never received or stored by us.
- Documents we share with you, such as itineraries, confirmations, invoices and receipts.
- Technical information needed to keep the portal secure, such as sign-in times and IP addresses.

- To administer payment plans, process payments and issue receipts.

Sharing
We share information only as needed with travel providers (for example cruise lines, airlines and hotels), our payment provider, and service providers who host or support this portal, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep booking and financial records for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, and remove other information when it is no longer needed. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed by Ka'Mello Escape.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us. Some records, such as payment history, must be retained.
